Description
• The Digital and Growth Lead will be responsible for driving integrated campaigns that engage both individual user personas and buyer personas across all digital channels. • This role demands expertise in segmenting different user types, industries, and company segments. • The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and executing creative content, ads, and digital experiences that resonate with our target audiences. • Additionally, the Digital and Growth Lead will drive community engagement, effectively combining real-life experiences with digital interactions to create a cohesive brand presence.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI infrastructure companies. • Strong expertise in integrated campaign development, digital advertising, and content creation. • Proficiency in audience segmentation and data analytics. • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems, and analytics platforms. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
