Description

• Truehold is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group. • Responsible for identifying and addressing HR-related challenges, developing solutions and processes. • Align HR strategies with business objectives in a remote, distributed environment. • Provide top quality employee experience in areas of onboarding, performance, employee relations, and offboarding. • Ensure an open line of communication between HR and employees. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support real estate goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in human resources, people operations, or related field • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred • Experience working within Real Estate or related industry with Field Teams • Must have experience in human resource management across multiple states • Experience with Rippling, or comparable HRIS system, is highly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrates high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects at once • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and is comfortable with ambiguity
