Requirements

Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#. • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Proficiency in writing detailed technical specifications and documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and API documentation. • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
