Description
• Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements • Conduct needs assessments and translate client requirements • Collaborate with Product Managers to document client needs • Provide technical insights and recommendations to clients • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar B2B enterprise software role • Work experience with large enterprise B2B clients in financial services or heavily regulated industries • Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry • Strong technical skills with high-level software design and architecture experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills
