• Prepare and record financial entries • Maintain and balance accounts • General ledger accounting, month end close, and reporting • Improve controls and processes • Summarize financial status • Assist in preparing financial statements • Assist with external audits • Document and monitor internal controls • Support in complex accounting projects • Collaborate with internal and external departments • Ad hoc responsibilities and reports as needed
• BS degree in accounting or finance • 3 or more years of experience • CPA or CPA Candidate preferred • Knowledge of GAAP required • Familiarity with SOX environment • PPE Experience preferred • System implementation preferred • Net Suite experience preferred • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proactive and deadline oriented • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
