Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in software engineering, including building enterprise platforms • Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale, high-volume, high-availability, low-latency systems • Expert-level knowledge of Java, SQL and NoSQL databases along with full-stack development • Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts • Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation • Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools • Cross-team collaboration with extreme ownership mindset • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and a bias towards action • Customer empathy • Strong understanding of engineering, product, and design interoperation and communication
