• Front desk management - opening/closing the office and ensuring smooth operational process. • Monitoring building access, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests • Ordering office supplies, receiving mail and packages, answering phones, and other miscellaneous office tasks • Communicating with customers about past due account balances using the utmost professionalism and care • Assisting accounting department by processing payments, and various accounting related projects.
• BA or BS or equivalent combination of education • Strong administrative data entry skills-40 wpm • Demonstrable computer skills in Microsoft Office & Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attentive customer service and interpersonal skills • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy • Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly and comprehensively • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work within a team to help achieve department goals • Must be able to identify and problem solve
