Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve complex business processes and systems. • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to handle large datasets, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management. • Familiarity with third-party Salesforce applications/packages (LeanData, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo) is a plus. • Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday.
