• Manage and optimize critical business processes for customer success • Collaborate with multiple teams to support project execution • Define and track key performance indicators for projects
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer services/success operations, business operations, or similar roles • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field of study • Clear and concise communication skills - both written and verbal • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a major BI tool (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Strong analytical, reporting, and process development skills • Self-starter, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and a team player • Experience with project staffing and resource allocation management • Experience with revenue forecasting and financial reporting
