Description
• Build corporate, securities and compliance function • Support all securities and compliance matters • Lead drafting and filing of all securities and regulatory documentation • Oversee and advise on SEC and governance matters • Support finance, accounting, marketing and investor relations departments • Establish efficient processes for meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements • Oversee and manage international subsidiary structure • Assist where needed on other legal matters, both domestic and international
Requirements
• JD from top law school; Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar. • 7+ years related experience, including at least 3+ years at a premier law firm and at least 3+ years of in-house public-company experience. • Significant experience in the drafting and coordination of securities filings, including form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and similar documents. • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Must be a motivated self-starter able to multi-task in a dynamic environment. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
