Description
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of key business and financial metrics to leadership • Support ongoing strategic planning, including maintaining the company’s financial model and owning Opex, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting • Maintain financial systems and processes (Cube Software, Google BQ) that deliver timely and accurate forecasts, financial planning consolidations, and tracking of key investments and performance metrics • Actively engage with leaders across the organization for software procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiation of upcoming contracts • Perform ad hoc analysis including, but not limited to, growth and profitability scenarios, volume and mix analysis, and sensitivity analysis across a broad spectrum of variables • Work closely with the Data Team to define metrics, automate reporting and unlock insights on business performance
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced FP&A / Strategic Finance role at a high-growth technology company. • Excitement to help scale the Corporate FP&A function in a rapidly growing business • Highly proficient in Excel / Sheets with strong modeling skills and attention to detail. Intermediate SQL knowledge is strongly preferred • Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization, juggle multiple priorities, and drive toward action • An innate curiosity and ability to seamlessly move from intricate details to big picture, proactively developing a point of view on problems or challenges as they surface • Nimble mindset - our business is growing and evolving quickly, you’ll need to as well
