Description
• Manage employment claims related to various discrimination and wrongful termination cases. • Handle cases from pre-litigation through settlement with a strong support staff. • Prepare for depositions and demonstrate excellent research and communication skills. • Maintain organization and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
• 3 - 7 years of California Civil Litigation experience • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active membership in good standing with the California State bar • Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules. • Superior time management and multi-tasking skills. • Experience with employment disputes including wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, labor code violations, and wage and hour claims.
