Description
• Seeking an associate attorney with experience in municipal transactional law matters • Assist cities and public agencies with regulatory and legal knowledge and experience
Requirements
• Experience drafting ordinances and resolutions • Comfortable dealing with open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech regulations, public safety issues, and election law matters • Experience handling public meetings is essential • Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 3 - 5 years of Municipal Transactional Law
