• Oversee and manage 3-6 case managers; • Meet with the Supervising Attorney to conduct regular file reviews; • Assist and direct case managers with day-to-day management of medical treatment of pre-litigation matters; • Assist case managers, as needed, in negotiating pre-litigation settlements; • Conduct monthly file reviews with each team member; • Review and edit demands written by the demand team; • Responsible for the medical management of all assigned PI matters, including reviewing all medical reports and medical recommendations by treating medical providers; • Be involved in medical management of 'commercial cases.' Avoid Sub-Outs! • Complete intro call for new client(s) within one week of case assignment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on prelitigation. • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a legal setting is highly desirable. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and prelitigation processes. • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. • Proficiency in legal case management software.
