• Oversee and coordinate Family & Children’s Services Resource Family Approval Program • Manage day-to-day workflow and report updates to the Program Director • Liaise between supervisors and staff while managing personnel issues • Implement policy procedures and communicate with staff regularly • Attend relevant meetings and handle internal/external complaints • Develop new programs and analyze compliance outcomes • Work with HR and other departments for personnel coordination
• Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or two-year counseling program • Experience: Three years providing direct services in child welfare or related services • Special Requirements: Work after standard hours in the After Hours Program, good driving record, clearance through California Department of Justice
