Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Oversee the development of programmatic documentation • Draft process-related user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies • Manage and communicate changes required in the operating model • Develop schedules, test plans, test events, and migration procedures • Utilize agile methodologies and ServiceNow • Apply operational process and project management skills based on ITIL framework
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT project management and process development • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably within the defense or government sectors • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its associated practices • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Security clearance or ability to obtain one may be required
