• Perform administrative tasks to support HR operations • Maintain accurate HR files and records • Answer applicant and employee questions about policies, benefits, etc. • Assist with preparing HR reports like attendance and turnover • Provide clerical support to the HR department
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred) • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications • Knowledge of HR processes, including new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
