• The Senior HR Business Partner will align people and business strategies with leadership • Build trusted relationships and consult with Revenue and Operations management • Gather data to aid in trend analysis and gain insight for solutions and programs • Conduct employee relations investigations and make outcome recommendations • Proactively partner with in-house counsel to ensure regulatory compliance • Coach management on ways to improve working relationships and productivity • Execute company-wide programs with the programs team's support
• 8+ years of experience in all areas of HR (comp, benefits, operations, programs) • Passionate about building relationships with all levels of management, employees, and cross-functional partners • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • Demonstrates impeccable judgment and integrity in all decisions and actions • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Possesses a data-first mindset
