• Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization on people-related matters including career mapping, succession planning, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics. • Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; oversee the career mapping and calibration process. • Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business reorgs, workforce planning, and headcount modeling. • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, change management and team building. • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Leverage the broader People team to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success. • Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans. • Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning. • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, People Operations, Legal teams to implement solutions and help scale the business. • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role. • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business. • Effective communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. • Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work. • Proven project management and change management experience. • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams. • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action. • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• The salary range for this role is listed above.
