• Create strategies to fuel growth across partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenue • Own campaign execution together with partners (i.e. email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources required • Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing and content team • Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize revenue and increase sign-ups • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns • Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities identifying areas for improvement
• 6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segments • Proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects • Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types • Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partners • Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams • Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker
