• Establish and manage professional relationships with multiple client contacts simultaneously. • Oversee the development and execution of client campaigns within the marketing automation database. • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value from their marketing automation solutions. • Lead strategic and tactical planning of marketing automation processes and campaigns. • Coordinate client projects internally and share best practices.
• 6+ years of experience with marketing automation and/or CRM systems. • Strategic management experience with Marketing Automation Software (Adobe, Eloqua, etc.). • Understanding of how CRM software (Salesforce) complements marketing automation. • Ability to optimize complex automation systems. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Analytical, strategic, organized, with project management skills. • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field. • Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
