🏢 In-office - San Francisco
• Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office. • Your primary focus will be to build, stand up, and run a portfolio management system to monitor and report progress against Chime’s priority initiatives. • You will also be responsible for managing a series of internal operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews. • You will regularly interact with senior and C-level executives leading delivery against our highest companies priorities, and proactively managing company-wide operating rhythms. • Your role will involve heavy cross-functional collaboration, connecting the dots to advance the right work, and articulating risks that may prevent us from achieving our long term, high impact strategic priorities. • You will serve as a trusted advisor for all functions and leaders, influencing faster executive decision-making and fostering better cross-organizational collaboration. • As bandwidth permits, you will also take on ad hoc projects aimed at improving Chime’s operational velocity. • This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
• A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role • Experience working in highly cross-functional settings and demonstrated ability to thrive in influence without authority and ambiguous environments • Critical thinking skills and the ability to understand strategic business drivers across disparate businesses, questioning how we are working rather than simply executing • Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing • Experience creating, implementing and refining internal operating rhythms • Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong bias for action • Experience building or actively managing an enterprise portfolio of high priority initiatives • Strong portfolio management skills with experience managing end-to-end execution of large scale programs that have transformed their company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
• A thoughtful hybrid work policy that combines in-office days and trips to team and company-wide events depending on location to ensure you stay connected to your work and teammates, whether you’re local to one of our offices or remote • Hybrid work perks, like UrbanSitter and Kinside for backup child, elder and/or pet care, as well as a subsidized commuter benefit • Competitive salary based on experience • 401k match plus great medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits • Generous vacation policy and company-wide Take Care of Yourself Days • 1% of your time off to support local community organizations of your choice • Mental health support with therapy and coaching through Modern Health • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and an additional 6-8 weeks for birthing parents • Access to Maven, a family planning tool, with up to $10k in reimbursement for egg freezing, fertility treatments, adoption, and more. • In-person and virtual events to connect with your fellow Chimers—think cooking classes, guided meditations, music festivals, mixology classes, paint nights, etc., and delicious snack boxes, too! • A challenging and fulfilling opportunity to join one of the most experienced teams in FinTech and help millions unlock financial progress
