Description

• Lead planning and execution of the CPQ project, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Optimize the use of project resources to maximize productivity. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and foster continuous improvement. • Navigate unforeseen challenges and drive innovation within project execution. • Identify risks and develop robust mitigation strategies. • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle aligning with business goals. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations. • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure adoption. • Lead and empower project teams and mentor junior members. • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. • Apply Agile principles managing multiple Scrum teams. • Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops for effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects. • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams. • Preferred: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). • Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components and stack layers. • Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies. • Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills. • Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences. • Team player who values cooperation and leadership. • Preferred: Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Conga CPQ, LogicIO) and a deep understanding of the GTM process.
