• Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy • Develop, generate, and analyze regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data cleansing activities • Support HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR or business related field • 3+ years of experience in HRIS or 5+ years in Human Resources • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting • Experience with UKG Pro preferred • Advanced level Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and some VBA • Experience with Power BI preferred
