• Act as a trusted advisor to tech leaders, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective HR strategies. • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. • Collaborate with the talent team to attract and hire top tech talent. • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires. • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge engagement and identify areas for improvement. • Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention. • Identify training needs and work with the learning and development team to design and deliver relevant programs. • Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders. • Provide guidance on compensation strategies, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. • Work with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive packages. • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. • Monitor key HR metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. • Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. • Communicate effectively with employees about changes and provide support as needed. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and best practices.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology industry supporting EPD teams. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in program/project management, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage both detailed tasks and big-picture strategies. • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering a best in class employee experience. • Experience working internationally is a plus
