• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives • Collaborate to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts • Build and execute strategic sales plan • Take ownership of team's performance and targets • Foster internal and external partnerships • Identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
• 7+ years in sales with software/SaaS organizations • 10+ years of sales experience with large-scale cycles • Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams • Experience presenting to C-level executives • Strong strategic planning skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
