•Lead the setup and daily operations of pop-up retail spaces. •Manage the flow of foot traffic, ensuring efficient crowd control. •Oversee back-of-house operations, including inventory management and logistics. •Ensure high standards of customer service to drive sales and loyalty. •Coordinate and execute pop-up events as part of larger events. •Work with marketing, brand partnerships, and creative teams. •Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. •Develop and implement event strategies for brand exposure and revenue. •Build and lead a team of retail and event professionals. •Train staff in best practices for managing high-demand environments. •Foster a collaborative high-performance culture. •Develop and implement strategy for pop-up retail operations expansion. •Monitor and analyze performance metrics for optimization.
•7+ years of experience in pop-up retail management, event management, or related fields, with a strong background in high-demand environments. •Proven ability to manage large-scale retail operations, including crowd control and back-of-house logistics. •Experience in the music industry, particularly in managing merch sales at large events, is highly desirable. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating a diverse team. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. •Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by event schedules.
