• Lead the charge in data-driven decision-making by crafting and upholding comprehensive marketing analytics and reporting frameworks. • Manage the complete spectrum of marketing operations, encompassing marketing automation, lead management, campaign management, and data analytics. • Oversee tracking, attribution, and reporting on marketing and demand generation activities. • Identify and establish best practices, processes, and tools that streamline marketing operations. • Ensure the integrity and segmentation of the marketing database. • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as Revenue Operations, IT, and Finance. • Work with the Office of the CIO to evaluate and advocate marketing technology. • Partner with revenue operations to align GTM strategy.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations or a related field, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving growth through data-driven insights. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. • Deep understanding of marketing data, structures, measurement, digital, campaign/audience insights, analytics and advertising tools. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. • Expertise in marketing technology, including marketing automation and CRM systems. Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Strong leadership and change management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Base salary is only one component of our compensation package. • Base salary range between $300,000 to $325,000. • Role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. • Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more! • Hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
