• As Solution Manager you will guide brands through the necessary technical details prior to integration ensuring that once the deal is accepted, the brand can promptly integrate without delays. • Showcase features and capabilities through technical demonstrations tailored to the brand's ecommerce tooling. • Prescribe integration pathways based on clients ecommerce tooling. • Facilitate efficient discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale integration making sure brands are aware of the integration process and what is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical sales or pre-sale related roles. • Experience creating and executing technical demonstrations. • Strong understanding of CRM tooling and technical onboarding platforms. • Dynamic communication skills and a proven track record of engaging with technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders. • Understanding of GDPR compliance and data protection.
