• Skillfully execute campaigns, particularly on Meta (formerly Facebook), with a strong emphasis on AEO for IAP optimization. Knowledge of other ad platforms, Google ads, TikTok, etc., is a plus. • Collaborate with overseas marketing team in media buying efforts. • Work closely with the Creative Team, overseas marketing team and CEO to refine and identify high-performing concepts. • Optimize Campaigns Performance: This involves analyzing key metrics, conducting creative tests, fine-tuning audience targeting, and adjusting bids to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROAS. • Data Driven and Reporting: Utilize diverse analytics tools to conduct thorough campaign analyses. Offer practical insights and strategies to boost campaign results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly present reports on campaign outcomes. • Manage Budgets: Collaborate with overseas marketing team to allocate budgets effectively across media buying platforms. Monitor spending, adjust budgets as necessary to achieve campaign objectives, and refine strategies based on campaign data. • Be a quick learner with a knack for critical thinking, using data-driven metrics to optimize marketing strategies continuously. • Work in tandem with designers and overseas user acquisition team to launch cohesive and strategic campaigns. • Be adaptable, ready to step outside your comfort zone, and deliver results swiftly. • Exhibit motivation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas. • Demonstrate teamwork skills, able to follow directions but also take the initiative on independent projects.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition, particularly on Facebook (Meta) • Proficiency in Mandarin (both reading and writing) is required. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. • Able to join late-night meetings with our overseas marketing team. • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. • Outstanding work ethic. • Strong organizational capabilities, particularly in managing dynamic projects. • Experience in media buying across various social channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.). • A deep passion for short-form drama content. • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in our Sunnyvale office
