• Lead and execute people analytics projects from inception to completion with directional guidance • Problem solve autonomously and work cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate into delivery of products and insights aligned with customer needs, wants, and expectations • Design, create, and build systems to maintain people data products, data visualizations and insights to empower key stakeholders to solve critical business problems through their people • Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Apply advanced statistical methods to uncover trends, patterns, and insights • Apply qualitative methods to supplement quantitative insights in service of developing actionable clarity around insights • Present recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and incorporate them into our practices
• Bachelor's degree in quantitatively-based social science field (e.g., Economics, Psychology) or Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required. • A graduate degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field is preferred • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field • 5-7+ years of domain experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related area • Proficiency in statistical coding languages and tools (SQL, R, Python, Looker, Tableau, Gsheets). • Proficiency with ETL processes and data management • Deep expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with a deep understanding of information design principles • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business contexts • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
