Description
• Revive’s Property Advisors help homeowners and agents navigate renovations. • Discuss and develop scopes of work for renovations. • Provide accurate project estimates and financing answers. • Maintain relationships with agents and homeowners. • Grow the Revive brand through business development and partnerships. • Collaborate with other teams to optimize the renovation experience. • Provide feedback to the technology team as they develop new tools.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales role • 2+ years in the real estate, interior design, or home improvement industry • Inside sales experience having met or exceeded quota on a consistent basis • Comfort with cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities • Past experience excelling in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Strong presentation skills, primarily via Zoom, but also in person • Experience managing fix n flip projects, either your own or for clients/investors • Real estate or proptech startup experience • Experience selling to clients across time zones
