Description

• Prepare personalized consults demonstrating sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry • Be a trusted advisor in assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and more • Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand and values • Maintain a calendar of appointments • Be sales-driven and manage lead pipeline • Collaborate with sales team and contribute to company growth • Share feedback with the VRAI team for continuous improvement • Collaborate with marketing and product team on various projects and activations

Requirements

• E-commerce or retail sales experience required • Proven ability to close sales in a high volume environment • Diamond expertise and jewelry experience preferred • Certified Gemologist from a reputable institution preferred • Independent, motivated, and well-organized • Excellent writing and communication skills • Compassionate, positive, patient, people-person • Technologically savvy • Lives in the Los Angeles area • Available weekends
