Description

• Insures that the Inside Sales team is pro-active and productively engaged in selling activities • Provides and insures customer satisfaction through timely quotes, bids and follow-up • Assists in recruitment, interviewing and hiring Inside Sales and Warehouse employees • Trains, coaches, and leads staff • With direction from Regional Manager, Director of Sales Operations, and Human Resources counsels and implements discipline • Liaison for Outside Sales, Regional Manager and customers • Supports and facilitates implementation of sales and marketing plan • Upholds and promotes Ryan Herco Flow Solutions image of professionalism and service at all times • Adheres to company policies and procedures and holds staff accountable • Leads by example • Holds Inside Sales team members accountable to achieving sales and marketing objectives • Performs additional duties as requested

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Preferred • 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience • Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus • PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Mechanical/Technical aptitude • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication • Excellent customer service skills • Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people • Solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain cooperative working relationship with all levels of personnel • Reliable and effective communicator • Strong teamwork and professional demeanor
