Description

• The Region Account Manager will oversee and manage key regional accounts. • A proactive approach to all aspects of customer, broker, and distributor management is a must! • The ideal candidate is hungry for success, seeking new opportunities to grow revenue. • You’ll be working with a highly driven and supportive team tackling new challenges. • This is an individual contributor role and reports to a Senior Director, Sales - National Accounts. • The role is remote, but living close to a major airport is required.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or relevant experience will be considered • 5+ years of proven Sales experience in Account Management with key national and/or regional retail accounts (Grocery, Natural, Mass, Club, etc) • Independent, self-starter who excels in a fast-paced organization • Experience in one or more key retail channels: Grocery, Club, Mass, Natural/Speciality • Large and Small brand company experience • Trade Management • Strong computer skills, PPT, Excel, Google docs, etc • Experience with multiple RTM; DSD, Broadliners, Direct, Etc • Retail promotional planning • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent negotiation skills • A strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude
