Description

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with Longtail's mission and goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, to bring innovative products from concept to launch. • Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps. • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Analyze product performance using data analytics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives. • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction by working closely with customer success teams. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Longtail remains a leader in the market. • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments. • Proven track record of launching successful products and leading cross-functional teams. • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science.
