Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision to deliver high-quality healthcare in rural communities. • Collaborate closely with clinical strategy, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure that product development is cohesive and aligned with user needs and business objectives. • Own the product roadmap, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. • Continuously refine the roadmap based on stakeholder input, market trends, and user feedback. • Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly products that meet the needs of clinicians, patients and community members. • Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions, monitor performance, and make adjustments to enhance user experience and outcomes. • Implement KPIs to track product success and inform future development. • Work closely with external partners, including healthcare providers, payors, and technology vendors, to ensure successful collaboration and delivery of product initiatives. • Ensure that all product development activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new product launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch, particularly in the healthcare or related industries. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions that address the unique challenges of rural healthcare. • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of product development processes, including software and hardware integration, and the ability to make informed decisions about technology and design trade-offs. • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and addressing user needs, with a strong emphasis on creating products that improve the lives of clinicians and patients. • Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects, with a focus on timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, with experience ensuring compliance in product development. • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to leverage insights to inform product decisions and measure success. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
