Description

• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and deploy technical solutions • Develop understanding of Ema's technology and architectures • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential customers • Execute successful PoCs and demonstrate value of Ema • Position yourself as a Trusted Advisor to customers • Design and architect solutions aligning with customer goals • Drive project teams toward common goals • Communicate value of Ema's solution throughout engagement • Help take solution from POC to production • Translate customer needs into productionizable solutions • Manage customer problems and create repeatable processes • Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8+ years experience in Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer role • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies • Experience with solution design, architecture, and integration • Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies • Customer-focused mindset • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong collaboration skills
