• Manage day-to-day office needs, such as coordinating with vendors, ordering/stocking supplies, answering questions from employees, keeping the office organized, etc. • Support Emendata’s management and research teams and build/improve processes for addressing administrative tasks • Plan and coordinate social and work-focused events for staff (e.g., holiday party, trainings) • Help develop, document, implement, communicate and maintain company policies and procedures • Assist with processes, outreach, and coordination related to contracts and business development • Coordinate programs for recruiting, onboarding, and training and help orient new employees
• High school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree • Office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferred • Able to multitask, keep things organized, and find solutions
