• Conduct 75-100 outbound calls daily to connect with top contacts in commercial real estate • Secure at least 5 qualified leads per week for introductory calls • Develop a deep understanding of different commercial real estate personas • Craft and provide detailed backgrounders on commercial real estate portfolios to senior staff • Regularly update the CRM with precise and timely information
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in PropTech or SaaS • Proven track record as a self-starter with high attention to detail and customer orientation • Creative, organized, and demonstrates initiative • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho • Ability to understand and solve business challenges • Customer-oriented with excellent engagement skills
