Description

• The Director of North American Sales will lead and develop our sales operations across the North American region. • Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Sales, this role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and achieving revenue goals. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets in the North American market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Experience in event or marketplace sales is highly desirable. • Demonstrated leadership in driving sales transformation and change management initiatives is a plus.
