Description

• Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth • Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices • Develop and manage comprehensive revenue forecasting models for construction projects • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue generation • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate and timely financial reports • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions • Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management • Bonus: If you have an active C-10 License
