Description

• Fastly seeks a Vice President of Strategy & Business Development to join our team • Help drive the next phase of growth for Fastly • Critical cross-functional leadership role across the company in establishing the vision and strategy

Requirements

• Significant executive-level experience leading strategy and business development, ideally in the cloud (IaaS / PaaS) and/or enterprise software space • Experience in strategy consulting is a plus, as is an MBA • Strong analytical skills with the ability to address strategy questions with a rigorous but pragmatic approach • Experience creating and managing strategic partnerships with a track record of achieving long-term outcomes • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment; strong influence skills and ability to get things done • Strong executive presentation skills; experience working with senior management, both at your own company and customers/partners • Exceptional business strategy skills, ability to formulate robust, specific strategies and communicate them clearly • High emotional intelligence.
