• Dioxycle is seeking a highly talented and driven VP Commercialization to join our team at this pivotal phase of transition from in-house prototyping to commercial demonstration and roll-out. Partnering with the CEO and finance team, you will help refine the go-to-market strategy and lead commercial partnership development efforts. In this capacity, your responsibilities will center around: ◦ Go-to-market: ▪ Refine the go-to-market strategy based on internal business intelligence and external customer engagement ▪ Contribute to business model definition and implementation in collaboration with the finance & operation teams ◦ Commercial partnerships: ▪ Leveraging your network, spearhead the development of new commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements with key chemical offtakers and consumer brands ▪ Work hand-in-hand with legal counsel and the finance team to engineer creative commercial agreements that support project finance strategy ▪ Engage with external stakeholders including customers, regulatory and funding bodies to ensure projects meet industry standards, customer expectations, and profitability targets ◦ Effective Communication and Reporting: ▪ Deliver clear, concise updates to all stakeholders, emphasizing project milestones, sustainability achievements, and strategic insights for ongoing improvement. ◦ Team building and leadership: ▪ Build and manage the commercial team as we scale
