Description

• The Senior Manager of Legal Affairs leads the Legal team and performs complex legal work. • Primary person responsible for identifying and managing legal issues faced by Fictiv globally. • Work across all functional departments and Fictiv business units.

Requirements

• Experience working in a corporate legal department • Knowledge of the hardware manufacturing industry • Experience with international import and export, as well as export control regulations • Experience drafting and negotiating software, hardware, and service agreements • Strong legal research and drafting skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Develop company policy and position on legal issues, anticipate and guard the company against legal risks • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations • Eligible to register as corporate counsel in California
