• Acts as the communication link between the customer and automotive dealership • Responsible for confirming and rescheduling service appointments via outbound calls • Follows script and guidelines on each phone call • Masters Power Tracks and uses appropriately • Ensures phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift • Maintains appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately • Assumes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service preferred
