• Extend awareness and love of the Zipline brand to new audiences, experiences and surfaces. • Lead the creation of unique and compelling assets and campaign design across mediums and channels including web, video, social, physical experiences, and more. • Inspire and lead a team of creative writers, producers, video editors and designers to develop and execute on the brand positioning and strategy. • Build integrated campaigns that will drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand love for Zipline. • Partner with leaders in marketing and across the company to understand business goals, help develop briefs, and direct creative that drives results.
• 12+ years of experience designing for in-house or studio/agency partner teams. • Direct experience designing for screens, live events, social, video and multimedia spaces across all platforms. • Experience building and executing innovative and inspiring work for a challenger brand or new category. • Strong track record of attracting, building, leading and retaining dedicated and talented creative design teams and finding best-in-class design agency and freelance partners. • Proven ability to proactively solve creative problems, self-motivate and work independently as well as collaboratively. • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, utilizing interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic and high-pressure environment; able to evangelize the brand design system & champion creative work across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership. • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction, career path guidance and timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on budget and schedule. • Deep experience scaling brand design systems across multiple markets, including localization, cultural nuance, and sensitivity considerations for international markets. • Portfolio of work showcasing design expertise of brand, digital, motion, typography, layout, form, OOH, packaging/product design, and composition.
