Description

• Business partner to Customer Success leadership at Nerdio • Drives forecasting process and deal diligence in consistent and timely manner • Manages the opportunity pipeline for the global CS organization, ensuring accuracy and quality • Delivers scorecard metrics including measures against total funnel, customer health metrics, and expansion analyses on areas for potential growth • Owns the annual planning process as it relates to target setting and resource allocation • GTM modeling (KPIs, customer segmentation, coverage model, resource coordination, mobilization, comp plan design) • “SWOT” analysis for specific problems/challenges • Supports important GTM priorities and strategy as necessary • Defines scope and builds work-plans, performs analyses, synthesizes findings, packages and communicates recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer success operations or sales/revenue operations roles • Bachelor's degree • Highly efficient in excel and PPT, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus • Experience implementing, using, and navigating a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) • Gainsight experience a plus • Any experience with coding is a plus (SQL, Python, etc.) • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously • Comfortable presenting to the senior leadership and executive level • Team player • A true problem solver that's flexible and can execute independently
