Description

Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/business operations, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com. • Proven experience in managing and developing a small team, with a focus on mentoring and performance management. • Strong ability to identify and nurture talent, with a commitment to helping team members grow and advance in their careers. • Tech-curious problem-solver with a knack for finding creative solutions using both processes and technology. • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical information into clear and effective messages for internal stakeholders. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for data integrity and quality. • Proven experience in managing a complex tech stack, including CRM, account planning, data enrichment, and productivity tools. • Experience working in sales organizations, ideally with exposure to selling to Fortune 1000 companies.
