• Provide technical support and service to customers for battery products. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and concerns reported by customers. • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on battery products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards. • Collaborate with the After Sales Engineer and Customer Service team to ensure timely resolution of post-sale problems. • Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance, for record-keeping and analysis.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or technician role, preferably in the field of electrical or mechanical systems. • Educational background in a relevant field, such as Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hourly paid position with overtime eligibility • Base pay range $30 — $36 USD
